This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel and fintech information, determining the availability of travel and fintech-related goods and services. The terms we use our and Dhanhind refer to dhanhind.com, an agent.dhanhind.com portal promoted by Dhanhind Utility Pvt. Ltd., 3rd Floor, Door No. 3/147, Hansa Building, Pathari Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai – 600006 and our subsidiaries. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or transaction through us on this Website, or through our customer service agents. This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the Agreement).

Registered Mobile Number – shall mean the mobile number of the Consumer registered with the Company at the time of opening up / setting up of the Membership Account
MOBILE NUMBER OF THE USER BY THE COMPANY: The Company agrees to send Transaction confirmation & Booking information & update the USER on the transaction status and any further Transaction information via SMS (short messaging service) on the mobile number given by the USER at the time of transaction. The USER hereby unconditionally consents to such intimation via SMS by the Company in accordance with the ‘Do not disturb’ guidelines of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) or such other authority in India and abroad.
Usage and operation of the Merchant Account are subject to payment of service charges prescribed by the Company on the Platform and/or Website and as amended from time to time. In the event of Transactions at the Retail Outlets, the Consumer shall be liable to pay to the Retail Partner, the service fee for assisting and facilitating the Transaction on the Platform and/or Website utilising the Company Services. In such transactions, the Consumer shall receive an intimation on its Registered Mobile Number on the charges leviable by such Retail Partner. All charges would include Service Tax if applicable as per Retail Partner for the service provided by them.
If you have a Dhanhind.com account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
